Availability

How many t-shirts are available per model?

📦 We have an initial stock of 200 t-shirts per design which are ready to be sent as of now.

😌 If your size is out of stock, worry not, because other models of the Iconic collection will be launched very soon, if you want to get updates about their release, subscribe to our newsletter and add hello@waasclothing.com to your contact list to make sure you do not miss anything out.

Limited editions you said?

Yep. That's the deal.

After our waves of production our Iconic collection will not be produced any time soon as we will move on with other atypical collections. 🤘

Will there be other models?

Yes. They are already designed, we cannot wait for you to see them! They will be part of our Iconic collection, so just about in line with our first models.

Shipping and returns

When will I receive my future favorite t-shirt?

Due to the situation related to COVID-19, you might experience some delays in the delivery which we are not responsible for. Usually, shipments take between 3-7 working days to get to you, depending on your location.

How do I get updates on my order?

WAAS will keep you updated at every steps of the production process via email.

As soon as your order is ready to go, we will send you a tracking number via email to make sure you can receive your t-shirt without any trouble.

What are the conditions to return my t-shirt, exchange it or get a refund?

You can return your t-shirt if it does not completely completely meet your expectations or if you need to change its size - it happens - and it is totally free of charges! You can either get a full refund or exchange the t-shirt for another size under the following conditions:

📅 You can return your t-shirt free of charges within 14 days starting from the date you received it.

👌 The t-shirt must be in perfect condition for us to put it back in listings, labels must still be on it and we will take the shirt back only if it hasn't been worn.

🚚 Outside of France, you will need to cover the shipping costs to send the t-shirt back to us. However, in the case of an exchange, we cover the shipping fees of the new t-shirt.

How can I return my t-shirt to get a refund or exchange it?

To get a refund or exchange your t-shirt, you will need to contact us via email: contact@waasclothing.com with the number of your order and the reason why you are reaching us out: either "REFUND" or "EXCHANGE".

Do you ship everywhere and at which cost?

For now, WAAS ships only to a selected list of European countries.

For France, the shipping costs vary from €4.00 to €8.00, depending on the size of your order.

For all the other countries, our shipping costs vary from €8.00 to €10.20, depending on the size of your order.

What if my t-shirt shows a defect?

Well, first, we apologize. That's a real bummer and it shouldn't have happened. WAAS will cover all expenses to get you a full refund or send another t-shirt your way as soon as you show proof of the defect by sending a photo at contact@waasclothing.com - you will just need to specify your order number with the photo attached to your email.

Sizing

How do I know which size to choose?

You can find on our product page a size guide which will give you the exact measures for each size. Now, not all of us have the time and patience to measure herself/himself.

So bear in mind the followings:

👕 Our cut is slightly oversized, which gives this smooth and chill aspect to our t-shirt. It is thus normal if the t-shirt feels a bit loose.

📏 Let us take an example: if you usually wear an M size but also wear some S sizes in some cases, then we would recommend to go for the S rather than the M size. If pretty much all your clothes are M-sized then you can go for the M size without overthinking about it.

Is WAAS' first model fit for me if I'm a girl?

Of course, it absolutely can be!

WAAS' slightly-oversized cut can adapt to very different morphologies. If you like to go for this loose look from time to time, WAAS' t-shirt is a no-brainer.

However, our original t-shirt has been designed based on male measures. So let us say that if you're a girl, you are more likely to take an S or an M size.

If it still feels too loose once you try the t-shirt, don't panick and think about all your options. You can always roll up the sleeves and/or tuck the shirt in for an outstanding look. Some inspiration for you, right here:

Worst case scenario, you can return the t-shirt to us and try another size or get a free-of-charge refund.
