DISCLAIMERS

We accept no liability for printing and typing errors, as well as obsolete items.

While we strive to use only the highest-quality photography to represent our products in the most accurate and realistic way in terms of color rendition, we cannot guarantee that the products you receive will look exactly like what you see on your computer screen due to the fact that different device screens reproduce colors with vast variations and amount of detail.

LEGAL CAPACITY

By placing an order on our website, you are giving consent that you are over the age of 18. If you are under 18 you must let your parents or legal guardian know about our terms and conditions before using this website and placing an order. We reserve the right to accept orders only from those over 18 years.

PAYMENT, PRICING AND DISCOUNTS

Payment is taken at the time of purchase. We use Stripe to process all payments and accept most major payment methods, including but not limited to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, etc.

We do not store any debit/credit card information. Payment Card information is sent directly to Stripe via a secure connection (SSL). The information is approved or refused by the bank and forwarded to Stripe. Stripe will deduct the amount from the credit/debit card on behalf of WAAS instantly.

Three currencies are used for transactions on our website: EUR, GBP, USD. Which of the three currencies your shopping cart will be displayed in depends on your geographic location and is determined automatically. The customer cannot choose the currency and shall be responsible for any currency adjustment, conversion and/or fee charged by their financial institution or payment processor when making a payment.

All prices on our website are incl. VAT for all customers.

ORDERS

WAAS reserves the right to accept, refuse, cancel or hold any order you place with us. Once we’ve received your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email that indicates the order number and contains information about the details of your order and the expected delivery timeline.

By submitting an order, the customer accepts full responsibility for having checked that all the styling options of the chosen product/s AND the size are correct.

LEAD TIME

Our lead time is 3 to 7 days on average starting from the day of your order. Unforeseen acts of nature beyond our control, force majeure or problems of the delivering company may cause a delay, for which WAAS may not be held responsible. While we aim at completing the absolute majority of orders within the 3-7-day timeframe, the provided timeline is only an estimate for your reference and cannot be guaranteed.

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

We offer worldwide shipping and use the services of La Poste, DHL Express, FedEx and UPS, depending on the region. In exceptional cases, we might use other courier services than stated above if that is the only viable solution. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email notification with a tracking number for the package.

All orders are shipped from the European Union, which means that there are no import fees incurred by customers with delivery addresses in the EU.
Customers in Canada, Norway and Switzerland normally should not incur any customs-related fees but in case it happens, we kindly ask them to inform our customer support at contact@waasclothing.com.

For the rest of the world, any duties, taxes or other fees are determined by local customs agencies and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The courier company also may charge a fee for administering the customs clearance procedure. WAAS has no control over these charges and cannot give you an estimate of what they could be in your country. It is a good idea to contact your local customs office to inquire about the current rules and rates before you order.

In case a package is deemed lost in transit or delivered to the wrong person, the company shall be given reasonable time to investigate such a claim as we are dependent on the respective courier service’s internal processes and response times. If a package is confirmed as lost, we’ll either issue store credit or make a replacement order by agreement with the customer.

RISK OF GOODS

The risk of goods purchased from WAAS SAS is transferred to you as a consumer at time of delivery. Risk passes therefore from WAAS SAS to the customer as soon as the customer has received the package.
